WR Meadows makes Sealtight products. Gaye uses their Ultrite Degreaser to remove curing compound from the slab (to allow stain penetration). She also uses Decra-Seal, their solvent-based acrylic sealer. Solvent-based sealers are more penetrating and durable than water-based acrylic sealers.

Increte Stystems makes an excellent all-purpose gel stripper which Gaye uses to remove paint and glue from older slabs. Uni-Stripp is the best she has found so far for removing carpet pad glue from concrete floors. They also make acid stains and sealers.
